Clinic Membership

Unlimited clinic access (phone, text, email)

Direct access to Dr. Rogoff (text/email with discretionary frequency)

Couples add $200/mo.

Families add $100/mo for up to 3 children under 18, $100/mo per family member for family members between 18 and 45, and $200/month/family member for ages 45 and up.

MD Concierge Signature

$6000 Annual or $500 Monthly

VIP highest-priority care with unlimited communication

Home visits, as appropriate (Extremely Limited – Subject to Availability – Access closed when Cap reached)
